definitions
An arrangement is when premises are provided with or without accommodation and/or ingestion, e.g. for conferences, or in the case of group and banquet ordering. The client is the person – legal or natural – who is liable for payment for the arrangement. Supplier means the facility that delivers the arrangement. The value of an order is the agreed price for the entire order or the sum of the number of participants ordered multiplied by the agreed price per participant per day, and the price for specially ordered services. Some arrangements may have a certain minimum of paying guests to be implemented.
order
Can be done orally or in writing via e-mail. The supplier shall acknowledge receipt of an order in writing by e-mail.
advance
Invoice on the amount of the advance will be sent immediately after confirmed booking. If the advance is not paid, the order is not binding on the supplier.
Special requests
When ordering, the customer has special requests regarding e.g. special diets, pets, etc.m. it must be delivered already at the time of ordering. The same applies if the client requires special security arrangements.
Valuable property
If the customer wishes to bring high value property and store it in the supplier's storage areas, luggage compartments or safes, the customer shall inform the supplier accordingly. In the event of theft or similar, the supplier is liable for compensation only if the supplier has undertaken to be responsible for the property by written confirmation. This also applies to transport.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. In case of cancellation later than 45 days before the first day of the event, the client shall reimburse the supplier 50% of the value of the order. In case of cancellation later than 14 days before the first day of the event, the client shall reimburse the supplier 100% of the value of the order. In the event of cancellation of part of an order, the compensation shall relate to the cancelled part.
*Free rebooking 45 to 7 days before the event is always included. The rebooking is valid for 12 months from the date of rebooking.
A refund on cancellation of the paid arrangement will be made no later than 14 days after the booked event date. In case of Force Majeure there may be an abnormal cancellation & refund terms, see below.
payment
-The customer is responsible for all costs incurred according to the order. If the participants are to pay something each way, this must be approved by the supplier. If there are no participants from the ordered meal, this does not entitle you to a reduction in the price. Payment shall be made by agreement. If a payment-to-invoice agreement has been reached, the customer must issue full payment within 10 days of the invoice date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the supplier has the right to charge interest on late payment from the due date at the applicable reference rate with an addition of eight percentage points. The supplier may make a credit report on the ordering company. If this is not approved, we will request prepayment or payment on site.
-If the client has internal payment procedures such as the supplier being approved as a supplier and this involves additional work for the supplier, a fee of SEK 1000 will be charged for this. The client is also obliged to notify such procedures when ordering.
Reservation for price changes
The supplier wishes to reserve the right to increase prices for e.g. fuel, raw materials etc. The supplier shall immediately inform the customer when price increases occur.
force majeure
Strike, lockout, fire, explosion, war or similar state of war, material restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances beyond the supplier's control, including unsuitable weather, entitle the supplier to terminate the contract without the obligation to pay damages. In unsuitable weather, the same applies as in Force majeure. Force majeure – transport: Please note that the carrier to Pater Noster has the right to cancel the transport in unsuitable weather or other circumstances that make the transport unsuitable without the obligation to compensate the guest. At Force Majeure, rebooking to any date is only offered within 2 years from the booked date.
Liability for property/damage
The supplier has no strict liability for property stored in hotel rooms or in the supplier's premises. Should it turn out that the supplier or its employees acted negligently or negligently or otherwise were to blame for the loss or damage of property, the supplier is responsible for the lost/damaged property. The supplier is also responsible for property stored in locked storage space of the supplier, unless the property is of particularly high value (see paragraph 5). The customer, for his part, is liable for any damage caused to the supplier by negligence by himself or its participants.
